Transparency Act

The purpose of this law is to promote companies’ respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in the production of goods throughout the supply chain - from raw materials to finished products - regardless of where production takes place.

Due diligence assessments involve identifying and evaluating risks of negative impacts on people, society, and the environment in our value chain. The goal is to identify potential challenges and implement measures to stop, prevent, or reduce such impacts. We follow these measures systematically and assess their effectiveness over time.

This work must be transparent. We communicate relevant actions and findings to affected parties and ensure that the public has access to information about how we manage responsibility and risk.
