It is soft and comfortable to wear, and is well adapted for children in activity. Can be attached to the outside of the school bag – or used separately.
Gym / hiking bag for first grade
Many first graders have a hiking day every week. This day you do not normally need to bring books, but maybe a log and an extra shift. The schoolbag will be unnecessarily large to take on a trip, at the same time as it can quickly become very dirty and smell of a campfire.
Use the gym / backpack these days instead! It has both a chest strap and a hip belt, and it is easy to wash if needed.
