All Beckmann products come with the following warranty period against manufacturing and material defects:
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers production and material defects, not damage caused by external factors.
A warranty claim must be reported to the original place of purchase (e.g., shop, online store). The claim should be made as soon as possible after discovering any defect. To submit a warranty claim, a purchase receipt within the warranty period is required.
If the claim is approved, Beckmann may choose to repair the item, provide a replacement part, or supply a new or equivalent backpack. Beckmann reserves the right to determine the appropriate solution.
If you purchased your backpack from one of our retailers before November 1, 2024, please register it on our website to extend your 2-year warranty by an additional 2 years. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, and registration must be completed within 1 year of that date.
To file a warranty claim under the extended warranty, you will need to provide both the extended warranty registration number (sent by Beckmann upon successful registration) and the original purchase receipt, showing it was purchased within the initial 2-year warranty period.
