Fair Wear Foundation

To ensure good working conditions and social responsibility in our production, we conduct regular factory visits. 

Since 2020, we have collaborated with Fair Wear Foundation, an organization working to improve working conditions in the textile industry. Fair Wear Foundation plays three key roles for us:

• Training: Provides factory management and employees with knowledge about guidelines for working conditions and workers' rights. 
• Factory audits: Conducts independent inspections of conditions at the factories. 
• Beckmann audit: Evaluates us as a company to ensure we follow up on our commitments.

Through these audits, we gain valuable insight into the working conditions at our suppliers and our own practices. Based on the findings, we identify areas for improvement and develop action plans that help strengthen our efforts for continuous improvement.
