Trade In FAQ
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. To start a return, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
It must be a Beckmann product and must be
repairable.
We have consider material cost and labor for it to be sustainable, but in many cases we will try to fix it.
If it is in good shape, we will send them to xxx to fix them for us. They will either sell the products to give xxx to xxx.
